My client, a 72-year-old man, was struck by a car while crossing the street. He was very badly injured with multiple fractures and was admitted to the hospital for several days. He had to undergo multiple surgeries including reconstructive surgeries. He also suffered a traumatic brain injury.

As expected, the No-Fault Insurance Carrier hired a couple of doctors to perform an “Independent Medical Examination” so the insurance carrier could “justify” not paying for my client’s benefits anymore. Even their doctors agreed my client’s injuries were severe and related to the accident! Nevertheless, the insurance company terminated my client’s benefits.
The insurance company decided to hide behind small errors in billing codes and request further documentation, and as such refused to pay tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills and other No-Fault benefits from even before their termination of benefits.
I fought the insurance company and got my client $200,000 to pay the outstanding medical and No-Fault benefits he was owed!
