Before locating the Whiting Law firm, I had just left an attorney who I felt was doing less than stellar work on my auto accident case. Vowing not to make the same mistake twice, I assembled multiple questions and met with five prominent auto accident attorneys, Paul among them. I thoroughly reviewed all of the attorneys before setting the meetings. Though all were very nice, Paul’s conversational fluidity of the challenges ahead was refreshing as well as the fact that he felt my expectations were achievable. That was contrary to the uncertain responses I received from the other attorneys with whom I had met.

I was taken back when I seen some of the reviews, we have worked with Jennifer since she has been there and she always calls us back, anytime we leave a message she responds within a day if not the same day. Phone calls are returned the next day, however if you e.mail her she responds right away. We have not always been the easiest clients and Jennifer has had nothing except patience with us. I’m sorry to hear others have had bad experiences all I can say is everyone has a bad day every now and then, we absolutely adore her she works diligently and professionally for us and we are so grateful to her. I met Paul approximately two years ago. The first thing that impressed me: he was extremely personable. He talked to me and not at me like some attorneys I’ve met. The second thing that impressed me was his genuine passion for personal injury law and fighting for the working man (or woman).
